I was having tea with a pal last week, and we were discussing our extensive skin care regimens. Once we were exchanging advice, I understood that I’ve amassed a digital recipe box of facials that you can do using fruit. As there are a lot of you out that could reap the benefits of this knowledge there, I have made a decision to share my insights. One of my favorites is the peach facial, which works perfectly as a tightening-up mask.
Simply take a ripened peach, and remove the epidermis and the pit from the guts. Place the peach and the whites from a single egg in a blender, and whip until simple. Pat the mixture on your face, and invite it to sit for 30 minutes there. Rinse with cold water. I have found that the apple-face mask is great for normal pores and skin. Peel, core, and quarter an apple.
Chop the apple in your blender, and add two tablespoons of honey. Blend until smooth. Then take away the combination from the blender, and refrigerate for 10 minutes around. Apply the mixture to that person using a patting motion, and make sure to pat before honey becomes tacky. Leave it on for approximately 30 minutes, and rinse with tepid to warm water. I have also experienced great success with a Strawberry mask that my Grandmother explained about. The secret is to use extremely ripe Strawberries here. Add approximately ½ cup of strawberries and a ¼ cup of cornstarch to the blender, and mix until smooth.
Apply the mixture to that person, and become careful to stay away from the certain area around your eye. Leave it on for half an hour, and rinse it off with cool water. The next face mask is great for blemished skin. Chop a ripened tomato into small items, and place it in your blender. Add one tablespoon of lemon juice and some instant oatmeal or rolled oats.
Mix until it is all combined. Usually do not combine for too much time, as it will not stick to your face. If it gets thin too, simply add more oatmeal. Apply the mixture, and leave it on for 10 minutes. Scrub it off using a warm wet towel. There are various ways to care for your skin layer and as many different products on the marketplace. If you ask me, the easiest treatments provide the best results. Stay away from products that have heavy perfumed scents or appear to use low-quality ingredients. These all natural fruits facials have worked wonders for me. I hope you enjoy them. Alisha Burke loves getting facials.
