NIPR Paper Licensing
This page provides state-specific checklists, application forms, and connections for paper resident and non-resident licensing in the State of West Virginia. W. VA. Code § 33-12B-1, which uses individuals licensed to activate in activity or whose people engage in any activity to be performed only by a licensed individual insurance manufacturer or solicitor.

License position will be confirmed thru PDB If the home state does not license business entities, a notice to that impact from that insurance section must be attached. 200.00 fee must be posted with the application form. No initial visit is required with the application form for license. Meetings must be submitted by insurance companies through NIPR or (electronically, if paper, form WVAT located at www.wvinsurance.govunder AGENTS, Licensing Forms) within fifteen days from the date the agency agreement is carried out or the first insurance program is submitted. Producer permit expires May 31st, each year.

Original Pre-Licensing Course Completion Certification, Original Pearson VUE Score Report(s) and, if applicable, Letter of Clearance.
